Beschrijving
De Kverneland Optima is de universele pneumatische precisie zaaimachine voor maïs, zonnebloemen, veldbonen, gepilleerde en ongepilleerd bietenzaad, dwergbonen, sojabonen, erwten en vele andere soorten zaaigoed, klaar voor mulch of conventioneel zaaien. Binnen deze productgroep van de beproefde Kverneland Optima precisie zaaimachines, is de nieuwe Optima F hydraulisch opklapbaar frame de juiste keuze voor grotere landbouwbedrijven en loonwerkers.
De Optima F zaaimachine kan worden uitgerust met de HD-II of de SX zaaiunits. De Optima F van 6,00 m is snel opgevouwen in transportstand. Dankzij het parallelle hydraulische vouwsysteem is het niet nodig om elke afzonderlijke zaaiunit te legen voor het inklappen, wat tijd bespaart. Het frame kan worden uitgerust met 8 zaairijen voor maïs, 12 zaairijen voor gecombineerd gebruik in suikerbieten, maïs, zonnebloemen of soja of met maximaal 16 HD-II rijen voor smalle zaaisels van maïs en koolzaad.
De microgranulaatstrooier is als optie verkrijgbaar.
Voor het toedienen van meststoffen kan de Optima F worden gecombineerd met de f-drill fronttank die is uitgerust met speciale doseerinrichtingen en de juiste verdeelkop voor rijenbemesting. De modulaire structuur van de Kverneland f-drill zorgt voor een gelijkmatige gewichtsverdeling over de hele machine, waardoor de trekker een maximale balans heeft. Dit verbetert zowel de veiligheid als de wendbaarheid, terwijl de bestuurder een onbelemmerd zicht heeft op de machine-opstelling.
De Optima F SX kan worden uitgerust met het PUDAMA systeem om de efficiëntie in het gebruik van minerale startmeststoffen in rijgewassen te verhogen. Met de gerichte bemesting door PUDAMA worden de hoeveelheid en de locatie van de voedingsstoffen nauwkeurig bepaald tot waar de wortels van de korrels ze kunnen bereiken en alleen zoveel als nodig is.
In combinatie met iXtra LiFe is toediening van vloeibare meststoffen tijdens het zaaien mogelijk. Zie iXtra LiFe voor meer informatie.
De Optima F is volledig compatibel met ISOBUS en klaar voor GEOCONTROL, GEOSEED en GEOFORCE.

Voor mulch en conventioneel zaaien
- Optimale dieptecontrole, zelfs onder extreme omstandigheden, dankzij het zware basisgewicht van de zaaiunit met de mogelijkheid om extra druk (tot 100 kg) toe te voegen aan elke afzonderlijke zaaiunit via het veersysteem.
- Effectieve bodemvolging, dankzij de grote zijdelingse diepteregeling door open steekwielen (Ø410mm, breedte 120mm).
- Nauwkeurige plaatsing van het zaad door het kleine kouter dat een schone voorsnede vormt. Optioneel met snel te monteren kouterpunt om snel te wisselen tussen de standaardopstelling voor maïs en de XHD-kouterpunt voor suikerbieten. Lichte herverdichting en afdekking van het zaad gebeurt door het tussenliggende perswiel (als optie: zwaar roestvrij staal) en het meervoudig instelbare V-perswiel - voor een maximale opkomst op het veld.
Zaaischijf zonder afdichtingen voor HD-II
- Het gepatenteerde zaaihart van Kverneland heeft de onderhoudskosten tot een minimum beperkt.
- Geen wrijving, geen slijtage, laag aandrijfkoppel, minimaal onderhoud: De zaaischijf draait samen met de vacuümkamer in het zaaihart. Deze zaaitrommel is via een holle as verbonden met de vacuümventilator.
- Dit zaaihartprincipe resulteert in geen vacuümverlies en dus een lage vacuümbehoefte.
- Stabiel ontwerp, modulair systeem, lage onderhoudskosten, hoge slijtvastheid en optimale diepteplaatsing.
- Voor het toedienen van meststoffen levert Kverneland bakken voor verschillende toepassingen.
- De kettingaandrijving voor dosering kan worden ingesteld van 106 tot 390 kg per hectare bij een afstand tussen de rijen van 75 cm.
- De kunstmestapplicator wordt centraal aangedreven door een gemakkelijk toegankelijke, aan de zijkant gemonteerde tandwielkast.
- Kunstmestkouter, standaard zaaien met smal kouterontwerp en stabiele, betrouwbare constructie, schroefveerbeveiliging tegen zijdelingse krachten
- Mulchzaaien met gekerfde dubbele schijfkouter voor verstoppingsvrije en nauwkeurige meststofplaatsing door een gekerfde dubbele schijfkouter met een diameter van 350 mm.
Micro-drill voor Optima HD-II en SX zaaiunits
De vraag naar microgranulaat zaaiers neemt toe. Microvoedingsstoffen en ook kleine hoeveelheden insecticiden of fungiciden zorgen voor de beste start van het gewas.
De elektrisch aangedreven micro-drills voor de Optima HD-II en SX zaaiunits zijn ontworpen als rugzak achter de zaaiunits en bieden een trechterinhoud van 17 liter.
Ze worden elektrisch aangedreven en ISOBUS-gestuurd. De doseerinrichting bestaat uit een slijtvaste kunststof behuizing met verwisselbare celwielen van roestvrij staal. Dit zorgt voor een nauwkeurige dosering van de microkorrels.
Veiligheid voor de bestuurder
De ingenieurs hebben zich gericht op het hoogste niveau van veiligheid voor de bestuurder door eenvoudige en veilige bediening van de doseerunit aan te bieden. Daarom kan de bestuurder de celwielen verwisselen, zelfs wanneer de trechters vol zitten met microkorrels. Het is niet nodig om ze eerst te legen, waardoor de bestuurder minder risico loopt om in direct contact te komen met de korrels.
Een pluspunt voor het milieu
De microkorrels vallen vrij in de zaaivoor zonder luchtondersteuning, waardoor de uitstoot van stof tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Daarom voldoet de nieuwe micro-drill volledig aan de huidige richtlijnen voor emissiebeperking van alle toegepaste korrels.
Precisielandbouw
Het comfortabele, volledig ISOBUS-geïntegreerde besturingssysteem maakt het mogelijk om de stop- en startpunten van de zaairij aan te passen. Dit zorgt voor nauwkeurig in- en uitschakelen aan het einde van het veld en in rijpaden (zonder overlappingen of fouten).
GEOCONTROL - Kostenbesparing met onmiddellijke terugverdientijd
Zaaien met GPS en GEOCONTROL in combinatie met een elektrisch aangedreven precisiezaaimachine is een grote stap naar precisie en kostenbesparing. Deze machines zijn allemaal uitgerust met ISOBUS-technologie die met behulp van de IsoMatch Tellus terminal eenvoudig kan worden bediend.
Elk elektrisch aangedreven zaaielement wordt in combinatie met GPS en GEOCONTROL automatisch op precies de juiste plaats in- of uitgeschakeld, zodat er geen overlap is met een rij die al gezaaid is. Dit is vooral handig in driehoekige velden, op gebogen of onregelmatig gevormde kopakkers.
GEOSEED - Precisie op hoog niveau
GEOSEED zorgt voor een nauwkeurige synchronisatie van de zaadafleg over de volledige werkbreedte van de machine. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de zaden gelijkmatig worden verdeeld, waardoor een optimaal patroon – parallel of ruitvormig – over het bodemoppervlak wordt bereikt. De positieve effecten van deze technologie zijn verstrekkend. Door de zaadafleg te verbeteren, maximaliseert GEOSEED het efficiënte gebruik van belangrijke hulpbronnen zoals voedingsstoffen, water en zonlicht, waardoor een optimale plantengroei wordt bevorderd. Bovendien helpt dit uniforme plantpatroon het risico op wind- en watererosie te verminderen, aangezien de gelijkmatige verdeling van planten de bodemstructuur en -bedekking verbetert, wat leidt tot een betere waterretentie en minimale bodemdegradatie.

The IsoMatch InLine is a light bar which allows easy manual guidance. It is the perfect assistant to get you as close as possible to your desired A-B line. Mounted in the line of sight, you can easily see the distance from the A-B line and to which direction you should steer for the ideal position. The display of the IsoMatch InLine also displays the status of the machine sections, which adds more comfort of use. The LEDs can be dimmed for night operation.

GEOSEED increases the yields of row crops and ensures maximum efficiency. Seeds are placed perfectly in line and in relation to each other.
GEOSEED is offered in two different levels:
GEOSEED Level 1 is the synchronization in the machines working width. This improves the distribution of seeds up to perfection in parallel or diamond pattern: Positive effects are the best use of nutrients, water and sun. Also the wind and water erosion is decreased.
GEOSEED Level 2 is the synchronization in the whole field. This is the necessary requirement for interrow cultivation, also across the seeding direction. GEOSEED is the only system in the world, that makes this mechanic weeds control possible!
