Zaaien met GEOCONTROL
Zaaien met GPS en GEOCONTROL in combinatie met Kverneland's elektronisch aangedreven precisie zaaimachines en Kverneland's pneumatische zaaimachines is nu mogelijk. Alle zaaimachines zijn voorzien van ISOBUS besturing en daardoor klaar om te werken met GEOCONTROL. 

IsoMatch GEOCONTROL in combinatie met een Kverneland zaaimachine biedt o.a. de volgende mogelijkheden:

1. Sectieregeling:  De zaaimachine schakelt automatisch en afzonderlijk in en uit als er overlap wordt gedetecteerd.
2. Uitgebreide documentatie en opbrengstkartering: de voltooide taak wordt geregistreerd en opgeslagen door IsoMatch GEOCONTROL en kan worden uitgewisseld met bedrijfsvoeringssystemen.

Als onderdeel van sectieregeling kan het in- en uitschakelen op de kopakker eveneens automatisch plaatsvinden. Dit betekent dat wanneer de strooier de kopakker nadert, deze automatisch in- en uitschakelt via de GPS om overlap op de kopakker te voorkomen.

IsoMatch GEOCONTROL is leverbaar op Kverneland graan-, maïs en bietenzaaimachines, Kverneland veldspuiten en Vicon weegstrooiers.

GEOSEED - Precisie op hoog niveau!

GEOSEED wordt in twee niveaus aangeboden:

GEOSEED Level 1 is de synchronisatie van de zaadafleg binnen de werkbreedte van de machine. Dit verbetert de verdeling van de zaden tot een perfect in vierkants- of driehoekspatroon. Hierdoor kunnen de plantjes maximaal gebruik maken van aanwezige voedingsstoffen. Ook wordt erosie door wind en water verminderd. 

GEOSEED Level 2 is de synchronisatie van de zaadafleg binnen het hele perceel. Zo wordt het gehele veld in vierkants- of driehoekspatroon gezaaid, waardoor de onderlinge afstand tussen de plantjes het kiem- en groeiproces versnelt. Ook kunt u probleemloos schoffelen in de rij, maar eveneens haaks op de zaai-richting. GEOSEED is het enige systeem ter wereld die deze manier van mechanische onkruidbestrijding mogelijk maakt!

Het compleet nieuw ontwikkelde zaaihuis voor de wel bekende Optima precisie zaaimachines zorgt voor accuraat zaaien op 18 km/h. De zaden worden door een luchtstroom ( tot 70kph) in de voor geblazen. De fijngevoelige zaden worden opgevangen en beschermd door een zacht wieltje.

De zaden bereiken de perfecte positie in de grond. Elke zaairij is elektronisch aangedreven, bestuurd via ISOBUS. Een extra generator of andere krachtbron is niet nodig. De complete stroomvoorziening en bediening gaat via ISOBUS.

• Optimale zaaidiepte controle. Bij lichte bodem omstandigheden geven de dieptewielen voldoende draagkracht en bij mulch omstandigheden kan het eigen gewicht van 129kg verhoogd worden met maximaal 100kg door middel van een veersysteem.
• Effectieve bodemvolging, dankzij de grote open diepte wielen (o 410mm, breed 120mm).
• Een perfecte zaadafleg dankzij de smalle kouter, die zorgt voor een schone voor. De meervoudig verstelbare V-aandrukwielen dekken het zaad toe en
• drukken het aan om een maximale gewasopkomst te garanderen.

• Het gepatenteerde zaaihuis van Kverneland is het resultaat van een toekomstgerichte ontwikkeling die uw onderhoudskosten tot een minimum terugbrengt.
• Geen wrijving, geen slijtage, laag koppel, minimaal onderhoud: In het zaaihuis draait de zaaischijf samen met de onderdrukkamer.
• Het zaaihuis is via de holle as met de zuigventilator verbonden
• Eenvoudige afdichting van de vacuümkamer op de holle as.

The IsoMatch InLine is a light bar which allows easy manual guidance. It is the perfect assistant to get you as close as possible to your desired A-B line. Mounted in the line of sight, you can easily see the distance from the A-B line and to which direction you should steer for the ideal position. The display of the IsoMatch InLine also displays the status of the machine sections, which adds more comfort of use. The LEDs can be dimmed for night operation.

GEOSEED increases the yields of row crops and ensures maximum efficiency. Seeds are placed perfectly in line and in relation to each other.

GEOSEED is offered in two different levels:

GEOSEED Level 1 is the synchronization in the machines working width. This improves the distribution of seeds up to perfection in parallel or diamond pattern: Positive effects are the best use of nutrients, water and sun. Also the wind and water erosion is decreased.

GEOSEED Level 2 is the synchronization in the whole field. This is the necessary requirement for interrow cultivation, also across the seeding direction. GEOSEED is the only system in the world, that makes this mechanic weeds control possible!
